I can't even put to words how wonderful Nancy is. I called to ask if she was able to make a cat friendly bouquet since most flowers are toxic to cats. She assured me that she would confirm every plant before she purchased it, and boy did she do that. I can't believe the amount of effort and time she spent at the market making sure that every single portion of the bouquet was safe. She had to pivot her vision a ton once she realized that every flower she was picking out wouldn't work, but made sure to create the most beautiful arrangement. I'm so grateful to her for going above and beyond. She called me multiple times to keep me updated and sent me a photo of the arrangement before delivering it to make sure I was happy with it. I will recommend her to every single person I meet. She is an amazing florist who truly cares about her product and making her clients happy.
